Monitoring domain expiry dates in Watch My Domains Pro is as simple as looking at the screen. You can click on the "registry expiry" (or "registrar expiry") column header to sort in ascending or descending order. This will make all the expiring domains to appear as a group.
All domain names that are expiring soon are highlighted and displayed with an alert icon next to it.
Watch My Domains can track a large number of records related to each domain in your portfolio. So it uses display groups to organize these data for on screen display. There are a number of display groups like "Imporatnt Dates", "Name Server Data", "Domain Contacts" etc.
You can easily configure what columns are displayed in each display group.
Attach different notes to each domain and see them as part of the domain data table.
You can import the data from a CSV file or manually enter them. You can also manually edit most of the data columns. The edited rows may be write-protected so that the data is not over-written after a whois lookup. Manually edited rows are also marked with an 'edited' icon.
Watch My Domains is not a domain spreadsheet. It is a powerful application that can automatically find & display all relevant domain related data (expiry, created and last updated dates, name servers, domain IP addresses)
Quickly find domains that need to be renewed every month. Ensure that you never lose a domain name because you forgot to renew it!
Find domains that point to invalid or wrong IP addresses. Watch My Domains Pro tabulates the IP addresses each associated website is pointing to.
Find domains that have a wrong email contact. At all times make sure that you have control over your administrative email contact and your registrant email address is working.
